The Summer Picnic is scheduled for July 31.

Separation from Schoodic Futures

Rosemary Levin moves that we split from SF -- Garry seconded.

Discussion:  Dirk would like to not have a formal organization.  Would like to focus on getting work done to help the park. Dirk would rather avoid discussions about by-laws and such.

Jeanne Wilson suggested that this may not be the time to do the separation.  The group decided to vote on the issue.  The vote was 7-2 in favor of splitting.

It was decided to pursue a grant from the Maine Community Foundation to support organizational effort regarding separation and other matters.
